✅ Returns & Exchanges

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective or not as described.

  • Other Jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, charms): May be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom Orders & Personalized Pieces: These are made especially for you and are final sale, unless faulty.

⚖️ Defective or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Under the BC Sale of Goods Act, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. We will make it right.
