We are proud to announce that Purple Butterfly Studios is supporting a vital community event hosted by the Vancouver Venture For Diversity Society and The Valerie, Ruth & Pamela Dudoward Foundation!
Our very own Wendy from Purple Butterfly Studios has donated a beautiful pair of handcrafted earrings to the Silent Auction at the upcoming "Totally 80's Back to the Bash" fundraiser!
About the Event: Totally 80's Back to the Bash
Mark your calendars for a night of retro fun that supports incredibly important causes in our local community:
- Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025
- Time: Doors open at 5:30 pm
- Location: Columbia Ballroom, Holiday Inn & Suites, Vancouver Downtown
- What to Expect: Dinner/Hors d'oeuvres, prizes for the best 80's outfits, dancing, and a fantastic Silent Auction featuring our donated earrings!
Why This Matters
This fundraiser directly benefits some of the most vulnerable members of our community, including:
- Indigenous foster children and youth with special needs
- Elders
- Domestic violence survivors and their children
- Indigenous youth at risk
- The work of these foundations helps address critical issues like food security and mental health supports within the Downtown Eastside and surrounding Indigenous communities.
Bid on Our Beautiful Earrings!

If you are attending the event, be sure to visit the Silent Auction table! You'll have a chance to take home a unique piece of Purple Butterfly Studios jewelry while contributing to an organization that builds strong, supportive relationships within the community.
Every bid helps provide essential support and resources where they are needed most.
We encourage everyone who is able to support this event!
